Today, I'd like to show you a little bit about my day off, just like my previous post!
今日も、とあるボクの休日を少し見せたいと思います!
The restaurant is the ramen shop Shingen.
お店は、ラーメン屋さんです！！名前は「信玄」です。
It's one of the most popular ramen restaurants in Susukino, and although it's located a bit far from the center, there's always a line of locals and tourists waiting to get in!
すすきので超人気のラーメン店の一つで中心部から少し離れたところに位置していますが、地元民や観光客で常に行列が絶えない店なんです！
There are two things I would like to recommend here.
ここでお勧めしたいのは二つです
One is miso ramen called Shinshu!
This is the most popular item at Shingen, and 70% of the customers order it.
1つは味噌ラーメンの「信州」です！
信玄といえばこれといっていいほど人気商品で、お客さんの7割がオーダーするんだとか。
The toppings are quite simple, but they are all standard ones such as bean sprouts, onions, and pork.
トッピングはいたってシンプルでもやし・タマネギ・チャーシューなど定番のものばかり。
The sweetness of the miso and the crunchiness of the veggies are a perfect match. So delicious!
味噌の甘さと野菜のシャキシャキ感が絶妙にマッチしてとてもおいしいです！
The second item is the fried rice, which is the most popular side dish.
二つ目はサイドメニューで不動の一番人気を誇る”チャーハン”です。
There are two types of ramen side dishes: fried rice and gyoza, fried dumplings, but at Shingen, fried rice is by far the most recommended.
ラーメンのサイドメニューにはチャーハン派と餃子派がいますが、信玄では圧倒的にチャーハンがおすすめです。
The savory smell and richness in the mouth are unbelievably delicious, and it is no exaggeration to say that it is the best fried rice in Hokkaido!
口に入れたときの香ばしい香りとコクが堪らなく美味しく、北海道一美味しいチャーハンといっても過言ではありません！
If you ever come to Susukino, please try it at least once!
