I would like to introduce an event held in Susukino, Sapporo. This event is called "Musubizake" and was held in October. This is an event to support restaurants where the number of customers has decreased during the COVID-19 pandemic.
今回は札幌すすきので開催されたイベントを紹介したいと思います。10月に行われたこのイベントは「結び酒」といい、コロナ禍でお客さんが減ってしまった飲食店を応援するためのイベントです。
Participants bought a ticket set for 2,000 yen. There were 4 tickets in one set. When we bring the ticket to the participating restaurants, with one ticket, we were offered a glass of alcohol from Hokkaido and something to eat with the drink using Hokkaido ingredients.
参加者は1セット2000円のチケットを買います。1セットに４枚のチケットが入っています。このチケットを参加している飲食店に出すと、チケット1枚で北海道産の酒1杯と道産食材を使った晩酌セットを提供してもらえます。
I also participated in this event because the restaurant where I worked part-time was a participating member. I visited four restaurants with my friends, so I would like to introduce the restaurants I went to.
私もアルバイト先のレストランが加盟店だったため、このイベントに参加しました。友達と一緒に４店舗回ってきました。そのお店を紹介したいと思います。

We drank a beer and ate appetizers made with seafood from Hokkaido. They were delicious! I enjoyed them to the last bite!

このお店では、ビールと道産の海鮮を使ったおつまみをいただきました。とってもおいしかったです。
２．Umesyu Toiro Selfish (梅酒十色 Selfish)

We drank alcohol called Kokushi Musou, which is plum wine. We ate cheese from Hokkaido with the drink. This place offers more than 100 kinds of plum wine. I like this bar very much because I love plum wine.

ここでは、国士無双という梅酒と道産のチーズをいただきました。このお店では100種類以上の梅酒を取り扱っています。梅酒が大好きな私はとても気に入りました！

We drank Japanese sake and ate local dishes from the Shiretoko Peninsula, Hokkaido. I drank Japanese sake for the first time. It was good but I got drunk.

ここでは日本酒と知床の料理をいただきました。初めて日本酒を飲んだ私は酔っぱらってしまいました(笑)でもおいしかったです。
When the COVID-19 pandemic has calmed down, I want to visit these restaurants again.
